I ordered from viraldine.com and had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service. Maybe I missed something or contacted them the wrong way, I’m not sure, but I sent emails and waited a few days without getting anything useful back. It felt like once they had my money, I was kind of on my own. Frustrating experience and not something I’d want to deal with again.

I placed my order and have been waiting, but it still hasn’t shown up. The delivery never came, so I’m not really sure what’s going on.

The quality seemed decent enough, and it did work a little, but the results were slower than I expected. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change along the way, which was annoying. Overall, it’s okay, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again

I found the whole ordering process way more frustrating than it needed to be. The site wasn’t very easy to navigate, and I kept having to click around just to find what I was looking for.

Checkout wasn’t much better. Some of the steps were unclear, and it felt like there were little policy loopholes that made things more annoying than they should’ve been, like the rules were written to protect them more than help the customer.
After I placed the order, everything still felt kind of messy and not very smooth. I’d only use the site again if they cleaned things up and made their policies and ordering process a lot more straightforward.

For the price they’re charging, give me a break. I expected a lot more, but it just didn’t feel worth the money at all
